What is the turnaround time?

Rush Fees are available and will make you an automatic priority in the design queue. Rush Orders are to be delivered no later than 1-1.5 business weeks (4-10 business days).

What is your refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable

Order will be canceled immediately if the client posts drafts to social media or send drafts to anyone. Posting or sharing drafts will result in automatic cancellation without refund.

Do you print out the collateral?

No we don't print out the collateral, but we do have vendors that do.

Prints include 250ct. of the following: Hair Tag, Bundle Wrap, Business & Mailer Cards.

If you choose "Design Only", prints will not be included in your order.
